Seriously, this is a difficult course designed to prepare you for University level English studies, you will NEED to go to class once in University, so get practice now. Coming to class often and working with me directly corresponds to being successful in this course.
I'm here to help you. I want to help you. But I can't do it by myself - I need you to let me know when you need help and on what. I'm not going to be angry or offended if you don't "get" or like a question/task. But the only way for me to change it or help you understand what I'm looking for is for you to ask for help when you need it. It's nothing to be ashamed of - in fact, it's what a teacher's for.
